Not as much support on the ball of your foot versus the heel. You won’t regret it! 5 but I purchased a size 9. I brought myself another pair of brooks for running as well (the glycerine model) and just over all highly recommend the Brooks brand.

No one wants an ugly shoe and with these you don’t need an ugly looking shoe to be comfortable. I don’t regret my purchase at all and will be getting another pair at the end of the month for myself. And they’re also so beautiful that you could wear casually I just tested them on a 2 mile walk and my toes kept mashing up towards the front of the shoe.

They have held up to a lot of things most shoes will never have to go through. You will feel like you’re walking on air.

However, this particular style is VERY firm! I use them for walking outdoors (about 4 miles a day) and I find I need to replace them every two months. I had to order them off Amazon to get the gray color in my size. Love Brooks shoe and happy with this purchase but note that the product description was for Ghost 12 and Ghost 13 was shipped.

They are also a bit bulky. I’ve always been an ASICS girl, but I had never had my gait analyzed until this week. Most of my shoes only last 2-3 months, and I’m betting these will last at least a year! What you will regret is waiting until they no longer have the style/color you like.

Wish Brooks would come out with some additional (more vibrant) colors. HEED MY WARNING! I was in an overpronation shoe when in fact I need a neutral (probably why I had plantar fasciitis and knee pain).

Good purchase. I would say the are true to size, I ordered an 8 but typically wear a 7. Not sure how I feel about them. Have to return and get at least an 8.
