When reading thrillers I’m always suspicious and constantly trying to figure out characters actions and motives. The main character was relatable and intriguing and I felt like I took every single step with him throughout the book.

I am dying to know more of Scott’s past and to see what the future holds for both Scott and the series. I absolutely did not see the reveal coming in this book and had a 'what the heck' moment when the killer was revealed. You learn so much about Jericho, dipping in to his past and events leading up to the present. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I found this book by chance, didy know of its existence 🙂 my first read by William Hussey.

The story delves into the discrimination faced by travellers, providing depth to Jericho's character and motivations. This wasn't your typical 'good cop gone rogue' thriller. I loved the travellers community/background and the fact that the main character is LGBTQ made this book a more enjoyable read.
