Unable to remove cover without removing pump. This was the first time purchasing it from Amazon, I usually purchase it from Ulta.

Received the package that must have been sliced. Not sure what to make of this.

As you can see, when it showed up, I noticed right away it was smaller than usual, so I grabbed the one I bought in January at Ulta, and I looked and it says it has the same amount of fluid ounces? The media could not be loaded. Product seems to be in tact but always skeptical of packages that appear to have been opened. something is fishy and I'm not ok with it considering the price is the same
