At first, it wasn't easy to get inside, but recently they finally got in ✨ It's a little small for my dog, but after shampooing, lightly towel-dried and put it inside for 30 minutes, it cleans up cleanly. It does take them time to get used to it but there are ports in the side where you can pet them and reassure them.

I received it and set it up close to my cat’s favorite hang out spot to let her get acclimated to it’s existence. The first time I used it the same thing happened to me until I read the directions clearly. The drying process takes quite a long time (the manufacturer does note that a long haired cat takes 60-90 min, so nothing unexpected) but as staying in the dryer doesn’t seem to bother her too much and the dryer allowed me to do other things while monitoring her, it did still save me time. Overall positive experience for her I believe, as she popped right out and didn’t seem traumatized or resentful.

Love love love This product is really good. Very good dryer. I have two cats both take between 30-45 mins to completely dry on high power.
