Paranoid? Maybe. Imagine if people were setting up websites specifically to help stalkers find their next victim. People pay to access the listings and select their prey - though it's promoted as a more down to earth means of getting close to someone you want to approach innocently, without all the trimmings of a traditional dating site.

I See You by Clare Mackintosh k is based on the sickest proposition of them all. Brilliantly written with characters that we can all relate to, which I feel makes the storyline have a greater impact when reading. Great book I've ordered her other book! I have had this book on my TBR pile for a while now and it is a classic right book wrong time as I remember starting it when it first arrived on my kindle and being unable to get into it, however this time I have flown through it and found it gripping, frustrating and unpredictable.

It helps that our main character Zoe is a down to earth woman with flaws like the rest of us which only makes her more relatable. The twists pick up pace very quickly toward the end of the book, leaving us with a very unexpected finish. Best psych thriller I’ve read all year! You decide.

Loved 'I Let You' but think Clare's latest book is even better! We also get snippets from the perpetrator too which are few and far between but really piqued my interest thinking this was my chance to work out who it is and why they are doing this. The storyline alternates between Zoe and also Kelly who is investigating this case but who also has a clouded background that provides another web to the story too.

Definitely a 5 ⭐️ read. The website owner, knows better. A very disturbing possibility to say the least.

Other than that it was a good read once the book got going. I highly recommend this book if you enjoy a great edge of your seat thriller. Better to be paranoid than naive? .
