There is 3 constant settings which get stronger and there are 4 different pulsing ones which will get to you right on the edge before it stops and then starts the process all over again. It is not as quiet as it claims to be, so you’ll still need your door closed and music on but hey…you won’t be quiet either. I’m now in the process of telling all my friends.
