We bought this lead as a test for our crazy Cocker Spaniel puppy who has a tendency to pull when on her normal lead or extendable one and often jolts our shoulders. It means there is no jarring of the dog or myself.

I also carry a dog treat pouch from the belt and even with added weight, it's sturdy. I particularly like the gradual bungee effect in the lead. Best puppy purchase we’ve made!

as with previous leads would highly recommend for one or two dogs. I don't have a toy dog that is a feather weight, I have a pulling saluki that tries to bolt at times when she sees anything that moves that might want to play with her! The other has stayed put near to the buckle of the belt and is handy for both the lead and hanging dog pouches from. Really happy with the product

Also you can quite easily get additional bungie leads to connect onto this lead easily to provide even longer distance for your dog to explore safely. I use the belt on walks with my 1 year old springer. It allows me to walk hands free but I can use my hands to control my dog more (roadside etc). Also like how the pouch is spread around the waist rather than just on one side as the weight of anything placed in it is spread evenly so isn’t annoying when running.
