The Pot Still Alembic Dome Top is copper and fits on to your T500 Boiler. High-quality alcohol made with the T500 can be used to make high-quality, commercial-grade, clear spirits such as Gin, White Rum and Vodka as well as any of the other spirits and liqueurs in the Still Spirits Flavouring range. You can use this with the T500 Boiler without the Pot Still Alembic Dome Top, to do this it fits on to the lid of the T500 Boiler. This can be used in place of the T500 Boiler's stainless steel lid. You can lower this to 1100W by switching one of the two switches off. The ultimate distilling system, the T500 Distilling System is a must for anyone who wants to produce large quantities of extremely clean, pure alcohol. When one switch is in the OFF position, it will only consume 1100W of power.
