Mama knows best!
My son had trouble at first until he got the hang of it (he has pretty advanced fine motor skills). This toy is so cute! My son really seems to like it. ☺️

S. We’ve only had this a week, and have already lost two of them. My little man loves his camera! Recommended!

He’s 2 (26 months) and so far does really well with it. My only complaint is that the camera includes 5 "pictures" of cute animals which can be easily lost for a toddler and they have no way of being attached to the camera without loosing functionality. It’s also bulky and a little bit heavy, so I think younger toddlers will have a hard time handling it. P.
It has many nice features and sounds where she can practice motor skills and learn to recognize words and sounds related to photography, animals and numbers. If this review was good for you at all, please do hit the "helpful" button so I know that I'm not wasting my time posting this! I recommend this toy for 18M+. Thanks in advance :)
Hope this helps! In my opinion, 18m+ (closer to 2 even) will get more use out of this toy and be able to use it as intended for educational purposes. Sure, younger toddlers and even babies will have fun pushing buttons and listening to the music and sounds, but the pictures that get inserted in the tiny slot are TRICKY. I really wish the pictures could be stored within the camera somewhere!
They give you 5 animal pics, but nowhere to store them when not in use. I don’t think the 12M+ recommendation is right though; to me, the camera seems a little advanced for a 1 year old. Overall, I really love it and so does my son! Awesome for learning numbers and shapes
