48lb the following day. Not a huge amount but certainly nothing to complain about either. If I can say for 100% it was down to these gummies then maybe it would be worth it, but you'll often find those who need this the most are those that can't afford healthier food so I'll leave it up to you to decide if it's worth it. I don't think this is a do it all but something you need to do alongside a regular weight loss programs

It's always hard to know if these truly work or not, but I was willing to give them a go and actually, I'm quite pleased with the results. Everybody says how great they taste, I can take it or leave it, but you only eat one so I don't think that's relevant anyway.

Then it was shopping day and I had a couple lazy days where I forgot to measure, so a couple days later I was back to X. I was really skeptical as to how these would work but they do. I have felt a lot less hungry though, so I'll assume that's where they weight loss comes in. The bonus is they taste really good too 😀
