I recommend getting a silk pillowcase on top for healthy skin so the pillow doesn’t get dirty. It does take about a week to get use to it and then it feels lovely and comfy.

I recommend this pillow as I suffer with neck pain and I have bought a few pillows over the years and this pillow works better for me. 😀

Nice packaging and presentation, pillow smells like them foam red noses I like it! It has definitely going to take some time to get used to however it definitely supports the neck more especially as I’m a side sleeper.
