This device has significantly lessened the need for me to use the pads, and I have had 2 pad-free days so far - something that I couldn't have done as recently as 4 weeks ago, and I no longer look like a desperate maniac barrelling down the corridor towards the loo at work - I can take my time and walk normally 😀👍 and the Toilet Dance is quickly going out of fashion on my team! I'd also recommend the use of a bit of lubricant as it helps conductivity.

I bought this device after a bit of self diagnosis and suffering with incontinence since the birth of my son. The long lead plugs into the device, the short lead is attached to the long lead and then plugged into the probe. only use if 20 minutes at night.

After 2 or so weeks of use, I can definitely say that the ITens has improved my PC muscles - I had recently started to wear incontinence protection (which is what prompted me to look for an alternative) but as I am in my early 30's didn't want to be wearing pads for the rest of my days. Inside the box is: 1 ITens sure device 2 leads - 1 short and 1 longer one1 vaginal probePurple pouchQuick start guideInstruction booklet2AA batteriesThe actual product is silver-coloured plastic, small and handheld -quite thick but not as long as your average mobile phone, with a blue digital screen. I would recommend starting at about 25-30 and then working your way up as you become more used to the muscles being worked. but once I had a play about with it I'm finding it very easy to use only been using for 5 days and already there's an improvement would definitely recommend this product.

It's also important to empty your bladder beforehand as if not you will not be able to hold a full bladder through the programme! I would recommend this device to any woman suffering from incontinence - saves on the Tena lady and even claims to help improve your sex life!

Instructions aren't very easy to understand. Thanks to google I believe that Ihave urge incontinence which the device claims to help, but the device also claims to help stress incontinence and can be used for faecal incontinence as well but you'd (definitely) need a different probe. Delivery was prompt and the item came in the usual Amazon packaging.

Only downside is the socket on the probe is not long enough and should be longer to minimise clean up There are 4 different settings - stress, urge, mixed and tone which is used for maintenance once your bits are all as they should be.
