The plastic has a brushed painted black aluminium look which is different from the original I had. An original version to a LG however certain buttons dont work as my tv not the latest upto date smart TV so the Netflix and Amazon button don't work have to use the home button. Loved the price! I can’t find anything wrong with it.

It arrived, I put batteries in and I pointed it at the TV and within 90 seconds of its arrival it was working as if one of my kids hadn't lost the original and denied it. Cant go wrong!

)After our dog chewed our remote I order this one to replace it. But I received it today and am happy to find out that it is exactly like the original and the Netflix button does work. Delivered in a plastic sleeve in a standard amazon cardboard box. It loses 1 star for build quality but overall it still works as a remote as intended.
