X I have been trying for months to find a good air fryer cookbook, I have sent for several from Amazon and returned them as they either had all black and white photographs or none at all!

Five stars for the content and the recipes: the author being useful, educational, and inspirational, as usual. Don’t bother looking any farther just get this one you won’t be disappointed.

It has taken me a while to find this book - it is a hard back full colour book and it costs the same price as most of the black and white paper back ones. After buying & returning 4 air fryer recipe books that allegedly had pictures (& didn’t, at best a couple of monochrome images) I came across this book & its excellent!

Can't wait to try all the others. Hence 0 stars for design, and only 4 for the book. Peering across the counter at type that is unnecessarily fine is at best annoying and at worst impossible to decipher, and even more so when the design includes a gratuitous dark background. Win win!
