Nice book but unfortunately some of the pages were damaged. We're now considering the other BOSH cookbook to expand the collection of vegan recipes we have available to us. These were a favourite so far. We love this book!

So good! Not going to apply for a replacement as I'm too lazy to walk to the post office and return this one. I’m going to try their healthy bosh book too 👍 I cannot recommend this enough!

It is made from black olives and herbs with a crispy breadcrumb topping on the spaghetti - I promise you it is absolutely delicious. Me and my partner decided we would finally go Vegan in the new year, so for Christmas I purchased him this book to try and get some decent recipes to refer to.

Easy to find ingredients (uses lots of cupboard stuff) and super quick recipes. We've been using this every week since! I think we've nearly cooked everything from it and I don't think there's been a single recipe we didn't like.
