Lady Vibart
Well done Nutribullet. So I did the other half and got identical results. I would highly recommend this item
Friends with other more famous makes had told me that the Nutriblend wouldn’t be able to do it. Today I wanted to grind 250 g of linseeds into flour to make a special dietary bread.
It was inferior to their pricey machines! I was so excited I made the bread before taking a photos but I will add one later. But I needed the seeds today so I tried the Nutriblend out- just in case scenario.
Ive read some of the coffee grinders heat the produce too, so it seems quite common. I was already reading reviews for special grinders for seeds etc. The only thing I would say, is I think I would have been better to divide the seeds into 4 equal piles and done then one at a time because the flour was quite warm - which isnt good, but I think it was more my impatience to see if it worked. This is a very compact and easy to use machine.
But smaller amounts with a rest between ( have a coffee, play with the cat or whatever ) would give me cool linseed flour. It’s ideal for making smoothies, sauces or blitzing most food stuffs to a purée or what ever form you want them in.
. I put 100g in the large beaker and switched it on - and right before my eyes the seeds were turning into the finest flour consistency anyone could need for bread, cakes , smoothies etc.
