! Super easy: literally just add water to create that pretty lagoon blue drink! The many flavours are all soo good but the cherry is my fav! As I said a little more expensive but worth it for me for taste, convenience and most of all it seemed to work!

Get on these you don’t know what you’re missing! Definitely recommend. I now take the watermelon Revival in a mixer bottle with water and sip on the way to training and throughout. Also no residue afterwards which is normally the case with similar products.

I’ve been using these after gym workouts especially with the warmer weather and have been really impressed - good to know I am getting my vitamins in and staying hydrated and feeling more alert! They work a dream and give you a refreshing feeling ready for the next day piss up :) My advise, take both for 100% effectiveness.
