This book works on so many levels. Sarah and Desi Kitchen are made for a TV show, globe trotting the journey of Desi’s and their food. Highly recommended 5*
This book is such a lovely thing, yes it’s an amazing collection of original and innovative recipes of course, but the rich cultural and historical journey it takes you on is a real delight too.
