This is a masterpiece of a film and, though long, is a one of those you need in your collection if you're a fan of Scorsese, De Niro, Pacino, and Pesci. Thank you Criterion Collection for make this movie as a blu-ray. .

The criterion packaging is amazing as always. Thanks to Netflix for letting this happen. He deserves an Oscar for his performance. [4] It stars Robert De Niro, Al Pacino, and Joe Pesci, with Ray Romano, Bobby Cannavale, Anna Paquin, Stephen Graham, Stephanie Kurtzuba, Jesse Plemons, and Harvey Keitel in supporting roles.

The Irishman (also known as I Heard You Paint Houses) is a 2019 epic American gangster film directed and produced by Martin Scorsese from a screenplay by Steven Zaillian, based on the 2004 book I Heard You Paint Houses by Charles Brandt. To me, his most outstanding talent is finding other people's talents as well as assembling talented teams to work with in his filming projects.

The film follows Frank Sheeran (De Niro), a truck driver who becomes a homicide man involved with mobster Russell Bufalino (Pesci) and his criminal family, including his time working for the powerful Teamster Jimmy Hoffa (Pacino). A masterpiece I hope that you would notice that this movie is a collectible item.

So well recommended, and the DVD itself is a fantastic looking choice for the shelf. A bit long but totally worth it. Everybody agrees Martin Scorsese is a talented film historian and director. The film marked Scorsese's ninth collaboration with De Niro, Scorsese's fourth collaboration with Joe Pesci and his first with Al Pacino.
