Then we take turns playing memory to find all of the ingredients needed to make our specific recipe. If you do spin a bowl, which may take a few turns to do so, spin again to get a child ready to eat and pick up your finished meal.

With 3 players, I could see this being fun for older ages, up to age 8 maybe. This game is mostly luck.

There are 4 options. I had a piece missing. It's slightly boring for me as an adult but has good educational value in teaching about different foods, food names, and recipes. Spin for a bowl on your turn.

It might be more enjoyable if there were more of us to play. Ingredients not needed for either player, are discarded as we go. I've contacted the manufacturer who will send out the missing piece. You've won the game!
Some strategy if you have more than 2 players. It's very compact, 3 year old for scale. Just take turns picking the cards to try and find the ingredients for your dish. When you have them all spin the spinner and get a plate to complete your meal.
This is a simple game so great for young children. First, each player chooses which recipe to make. Then, we place all of the ingredient cards (3rd pic, bottom right blue squares) face down as in memory. Crazy Chefs by Orchard ToysThis is one of my 3 year old's favourites.
Once a player fills their recipe card after finding the necessary 7 ingredients, it's time to use the spinner. Photo 3 shows my finished recipe card and my son who has just spun a bowl, but needs to spin again for his finished meal.
