The card backs are different than the original '70's versions (i. without the images of other available figures), but otherwise these are very close replicas of the original issue, packaging and all. I haven't taken the figures out of the plastic bubbles yet, and so far am just enjoying them as is. I’m a nerd and enjoy this sort of thing.

It feels a little like 1978 all over again. I still have those, though after years of childhood play they are beaten up - scratched paint, some have missing heads and limbs, and there is nary a blaster to be found.

There is a retro sticker on the front, which seems pretty well adhered, so I've decided to leave them instead of damaging the image underneath. While a dedicated collector may spot minor differences in the sculpts and there are differences with the cards, for me these are almost just as I remember, and they bring back a flood of fun nostalgic memories. The card edges have an intentionally worn/vintage look. I am happy with the result

I'm thrilled to have these again in mint condition, and was almost as excited to open the box as I was opening the originals as a kid. Perfect, I was able to complete my collection with a custom frame. They look amazing with the other set of 6 that were just released as well. What better than the original Star Wars figures on cards or if you choose to open them, some nice clean examples of the original figures from 1977.
I had these same figures and more as a Star Wars-obsessed five-year-old way back in 1978 when I got my first action figures. The six figures arrived neatly packed together in a box, with all of the cards in perfect condition - no marks, bends, creases, or scratches. The retro stickers come off easily with some lighter fluid, yes I know, I thought that too, but it works! I also enjoy naps
