3) Is it gonna last? What if you have very thick, curly hair?

Just use a little extra hairspray. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of loaning mine to a friend a few years ago, and well…never got it back. As I said before, this is plastic and if you abuse it, it will break, but with normal use and regular removal of any built up styling products on it. It’s not exactly like the one I had, but it’s close enough to do the job.
This will look gorgeous and should hold very well without the hairspray. This comb should last several years.
