Now, I’ve got my alarm set to go off every two hours, so I get up and do some cardio and strength training with the bow gym. Really portable with a free bad and gloves makes this whole package a really attractive and must have for those who want to take it to places or don't want to lug around heavy dumbbells. The media could not be loaded. The bands are really great quality, they give that constant pull similar to that of weights. Bands seem to be of good quality with strong resistance and good stretch. Amazing value.

It is easy to use, effective and just makes me feel happy when using it! Since starting this, my energy levels and strength have improved dramatically.
