I used to work in a library and we used packaging tape and would seal the edges and spine so that lots of use wouldn't hurt the paperback books, I did the same with this one (just a tip). You put a lot of work into it. I took some of the herbs that it had listed for my fibroids and Endo.

I think a salve with self help, helichrysum and chamomile would be ideal. I’m learning a lot, and thank you. One review I had read was a person had taken a picture of page 151 (the picture I posted) and there was a picture of poison hemlock in the upper right corner.

This book is amazing. I also like that she explains how to extract in multiple ways and which way works best with each plant. I am really enjoying this book. I love to just sit down and read this book.
