Overall this is a REALLY cool house and my daughter LOVES it. We use the large LOL dolls and even Barbie’s.

It took a bit to to put together but it is adorable and fun. This dollhouse is A LOT of fun! The bottom that has the sand area (dosen't come with sand, I suggest kinetic sand), hot tub and pool is wood, so care should be taken.

The other thing thing I would change if I could is the fact that there are pieces needed to build the house in the moving truck that it comes with. Its very sturdy. I agree its a bit overpriced but worth it if your child/ren want it for the theme. 5 year old daughter for Christmas cause we felt it had the WOW factor and it sure did not disappoint!
