If you buy this expecting it to produce torque comparable to an impact driver, you're sadly mistaken. The only grievance I have with it is the fact that it uses Micro-USB as a charging connection instead of Type C USB.
Other than that, it is a great quality tool as you'd expect from Vessel. Give it a small twist with your hand then use the power and no issues should show up. Makes a great tool for disassembling electronics and other things that don't require a tool that makes a lot of torque.
