One the mat it self and product description says it goes to 470 F but on the box it says it can only go to 460 F. This mat seems to eliminate the need for bench flour. Pie circles in the middle.

Go to the Super Kitchen store and order from there for the best prices I've seen j Amazon for the best quality. Just upped my baking game with this mat!

Also, cleaning is a breeze: while it is dishwasher safe, I just use a soapy sponge and then rinse it with water and let it dry; if it's not too dirty, I may clean it with just a wet cloth and then let it dry. It's very thick fiberglass mesh enclosed on a nice silicone surface with sealed (not cut) edges. I mean -ish because it’s just a larger surface.
