Power bank will charge to full but can't charge any phone. Just opened it and it has a 54% charge.

INIU are making some great products at the moment as I have just bought some fast charge cables from them that work as described and look great with excellent design, this power bank has got to be given a 10/10 by me and I could recommend this product for anybody looking for a fast charger that is tough in design and works well. Customer service has been great. I chose this one as you can take 20000mAh on flights.

Plugged into my surge protected power adapter as usual and a little while later when I checked on charge progress, noticed it wasn't charging. Tried multiple cables.

Overall very happy so far 😊 Comes with a power button on the side which knocks the power on and off and it will automatically knock off if left without a device plugged in so doesn't discharge the power accidentally also comes with a handy L. I left it over night with the included charger hoping that it would fully charge, but unfortunately it only charged to 60% and the charging speed is very slow with the included charger. Very poor and potentially dangerous.

Perfect power bank for when your are out and about or if your in the house can be used for convenience charging, lovely non slip rubberized coating that feels good in the hand and looks good, has a good size display to show the battery left or show when it's fully charged, takes about 6 hours to fully charge on a normal charger and about 4 hours on a fast charger which is very convenient that it can take fast charge and also gives out fast charge when used with the proper cables, its mostly used for my Samsung Galaxy Note 10 5G plus which it charges about 4 and a half to 5 times which is really good for the size of the power bank, its got a decent weight too, which feels good in the hand so can be placed in your pocket or bag when you carry it with you, comes with a nice netted carry pouch to save it from any scratches which I don't use and the product isn't showing any signs of wear and tear at the moment and it's used every day, I think it will take a lot to scratch or damage it as it is build like a tank, you can see some thought has gone in to the design of it as it looks and feels good, comes with 2 normal size USB slots and 1 USB-c slot so 3 devices can be charged at the same time. This power bank can charge my phone up to 3-4 times.
