Notice the change there also. However, there are a couple of things to keep in mind before buying these shoes. I exercise walk for about an hour each day reaching about 4 miles on concrete. between 360 to 720 miles.

Great running shoes! All of my athletic footwear has them. On the positive side, these shoes offer an incredibly comfortable fit and cushioning, which is perfect for long walks and light jogging. So, if arch support is essential for you, be prepared to make that adjustment.

But, the 11. I would never use a pair of athletic shoes without Lock Laces, I love them so much. Apart from all of the fit idiosyncrasies of these shoes, they feel great and I love wearing them. Quite comfortable and very cute, I really recommend them for all types of sports.

. 5, but with these ASICS shoes, I had to size up to a 13 to get the right fit. They are from Japan (AKA: Onitsuka Tiger that you can find in Oxford Circus), and I love many products from your company and country.

Highly recommend the Asics, just order a half-size larger. Also know that the shoes run quite NARROW. If I notice anything else, I'll share it with you here.

In the photos above, the shoes I am reviewing are the grey ASICS Men's Gel-Contend 7. However, the shoes do run 1/2 size smaller than the norm and as a result, the 11s that I normally order were too small. I have tried other sneakers and the ASICS Men's Gel-Contend series has always worked best for me. I recently purchased a pair of ASICS shoes, and I have mixed feelings about them.
