I've had an impact driver from a different brand for three years but as it's batteries are getting weak and since i moved to Makita platform i had a good excuse to get a new one. Great tool!

One of the best purchases I have been able to make, when you see the machine you think of a toy for children and when you see how it tightens you go crazy, I have another high-end Makita screwdriver and it is not capable with maximum dynamometry of loosening screws that has been tightened by this machine with the minimum force, delighted ideal for tightening solar panels as is my case Like all Makita 18v products ending in z, it comes in a cardboard box with instructions and warranty. Can be put in makpac type 2 box with corresponding insert and is protected from shocks etc.

It also has variable speed on the trigger with reversible mode, and LED light disconnected by the user if the “T” mode is pressed for a few seconds. I like how lightweight it and a nice bright led when working in dark areas Should last many years.

Makita however has the power settings, on max it drives big screws really fast and i now i can drive small ones also with low setting! 35 in September 2018. For use with 18V lithium-ion batteries. The media could not be loaded.

Now the old impact was plenty powerful but also big and it was impossible to do small screws. Love the brushless impact Driver works perfectly and battery life is amazing ✅ Expected quality coming from Makita. Ergonomics are top notch and the 2Ah battery makes this even smaller.

It has 3 screw speeds:- Hard: 0-1,100 ipm- Medium: 0-2,100 ipm- Soft: 0-3,600 ipm Italso has a T-bike, special for self-drilling screws, which lowers the speed to Medium just when the impact enters. That really expands the uses of this driver!

It has been used with 3 Ah batteries without any problem. Strong e cuicle Makita 1/4" impact screwdriver with brushless BL motor.
