So what I'm saying is that in this book, you can find more than healing information, but also a feeling of being supported and seen for what truly is happening, and this might give you the feeling of ''ahh, I can just be real about it. I'm happy to have found it. I am in the third cleanse and my digestion has improved like never before in these two years of illness.
