In terms of content, the quality of the sheets and images are great. I’m a college student with a Fine Arts major and needed this book for school desperately but everyone wanted almost $200 for this book. It's just a complementary material.

Would definitely recommend ! The book includes many areas and is easy to understand with a subtle English vocabulary. . Since I bought it used, the cover is yellowed and slightly wrinkled.

My favorite part is the bone overlays on photos they are so cool and helpful to learn and study on from. But this information was in the description before the purchase.

Beautiful drawings and photos too! perfectly packaged, very fast delivery, unbeatable quality and a cheap addition. The book is very in-depth showing muscles and bone structure of human body to explain why we move in certain ways or make expressions and how to build up and capture the realism but it also has what are called ‘masterclass’ sections were a famous piece of art will be compared to reality and explain the reasons for why may have been painted in way it was.

Very interesting the book, it arrived much earlier than it seemed to arrive, a little dented from the corners but practically intact, highly recommended, it contains many photographs and exercises. If you've never taken a studio figure drawing class or drawn a from nude models/photos, or just not taken a sex ed class you might giggle at the torso, pelvic/genitals section, something that is kinda never addressed in many artist anatomy books (could explain some of deviant art's lack of understanding at least)Over all I love it and recommend it highly, sometimes I love just picking it up and doing studies just from it
