It's from her grumpy & judgy neighbor Garrett. Getting her all wrong, Garrett makes assumptions and thinks Madison is something she's not. This book had me smiling, laughing & when the spice finally hit.

10/10 recommend this for the slow burn, single parent & age gap lovers! Madison is a single parent who just a few years ago was in a super abusive relationship & hasn't been with anyone since.
The things Madison does/goes through to give Jamie a good life is so f'ing commendable. the mouth on Garrett was worth the wait. Madison is such a strong FMC & I loved Jamie & how protective he is of his mama.
