The mint flavor was good. I wanted a fluoride free toothpaste and found this brand through research and thought I’d give it a try.

This toothpaste is expensive in my opinion. This toothpaste does help with tooth sensitivity as it claims, it doesn’t make my teeth sensitive, which is something I’ve experienced many times before with other toothpaste’s. This toothpaste is supposed to be whitening, however, I noticed with switching my toothpaste to Boka, my teeth are slightly more yellow in color compared to when I used Colgate. 10/10 Highly Recommend!

Makes me teeth feel so clean, they don’t feel so fragile now and only need to use a small amount on toothbrush , no rinse necessary Let me tell you my teeth would hurt whenever I'd eat or drink anything cold as soon as I started to use this toothpaste it fixed/helped that. It doesn’t foam up like radicular toothpaste does and I have no complaints. The taste is a mild mint.

This is the only real issue I have because, my teeth are typically more white and my dentist’s would always compliment me on how white I kept them. I was hesitant at first because all I knew was what dentists always told me about needing fluoride toothpaste.

I’m not sure how a non-fluoride toothpaste will work at preventing cavities, but I am going to give it a try and see if it helps my thyroid. I came across it through tiktok.

My breath is fresh but not Colgate fresh, however I’m not left with bad breath but it seems slightly stale. It didn’t get super frothy so it didn’t feel” as clean Colgate does, but there was enough that it coated my teeth. The color is a light creamy white.
