This is my gaming, rig. By changing the stock paste provided with the water cooling block the temperatures have dropped by 4 degrees celsius on a processor.

TL;DR - This thermal paste must be smashing all the heat into the heat plate of the cooler and straight up those copper pipes into the heat sink. After cleaning my pc hardware it helped a bit but not enough, but then my i got recommend to buy a thermal paste which lead me to finding this great product. Didn't go above 35 degrees, and the fan was on smartmode so not even running at full capacity. It might not look like there's a lot of thermal paste inside the product, however it lasted for my 2 pc's and there's still plenty left that i will be using in the future.

Excuse me if these are not the most accurate benchmarks for temps etc, as I said, I'm new to this. Dont get to involved in different brands and the hype over marginal gains, get whatever is rated well and priced reasonable at the time. To summarise this is a great paste and guaranteed consistency, ease of use and performance. Not even at half of the tube and had used on CPU and GPU water cooling blocks.

The previous paste I used was Noctua NT-H1 and it had a similar thermal performance to this one, again it is hard for me to say accurately since I can hardly perform a scientific test. . Arctic MX-4 is pretty easy to manipulate and spread once its on your CPU (having also tried different methods of application it doesnt really matter which method you use, just remember to go easy on it as you only want a thin layer of paste).
