Simple to follow, and any ingredients you buy are used throughout the book so you don’t have anything just used once and living in your cupboard forever. The book itself is beautiful, full of pictures and well set out - makes for a brilliant gift for any foodie! I’ve made about a dozen of the recipes so far and they have all been very successful!
I’ve really enjoyed reading the author’s insights into food, culture and community. Full of flavour, and I’ve made some of the recipes several times because they’ve been so good. The writing is also wonderful which makes it more than just a cook book.
