Hopefully it lasts! The first plus point is that this is easy to put on/ off with Velcro scraps to secure it to your knee rather than having to pull it up a painful leg. Easy to see and use controls.

It felt pleasant during use, my knees did not really feel any different, but I have only had a couple of goes with it. Low, High Vibration/massage settings and 3 heat settings.

Used it once and unbelievably I am not in any pain at all after exercise including squats etc. ,It's so comfortable fitting over the knee and the vibrations are very relaxing, so strong but relaxing. This knee massager makes knee pain relief a whole lot easier to achieve. The vibrations are soothing, you choose the intensity easily.

Well I was pleasantly surprised at how effective this was especially after doing long distance expeditions or hikes. The cycle took 10 minutes during which time it warmed up a little and had various types of vibration. I quickly realised that the one part of my body that was struggling was my knees - whether running, walking or doing pilates I was always in discomfort around the knees a day later.

I'd rather straps that you wrap around the knee rather than pull up over the leg and knee. Apparently lasers and infra-red played their part.

There is a heat function that you should be careful with and at one point I felt like it was actually burning my skin through my clothes when set to high. It is difficult to say how efficacious it will be – the instructions stress it is not a medical device. You can make adjustments to the heat, vibration and other settings.
