I already have Makita batteries for 6 other tools so took a chance as I like the build and performance quality Makita offers. I have used it more than 10 times now on my lawn and my Son's and it is a pleasure to use. Yes, I have nothing else to complain about.

Very happy with so far:) - Buy a spare blade for backup. This cuts charging of all batteries by roughly half. Great device.

Battery performance seems really good given the power it produces and I have cut 3 x 70m squared lawns on one charge with the 5Ah batteries indicating around 50% charge left and taking 40mins each to charge back to 100%. I love it to bits. You can easily adjust the setting.
