It's obviously still a work in progress, but it's already so much better after just a few days! I haven't had any issues with them slipping or anything. See picture for what they look like now, after just a few days of wearing these gel things.
They're thin enough to wear in my normal shoes, and add a tiny bit of cushioning that feels good on my poor heels. I put a very small amount if hydrocortisone on my heels, slip on the protectors and a pair of socks and go about my day. The cracks in my heels were bleeding 3 days ago.
By the end of the day my heels feel soft and moisturized.
