I’ve used it a number of times in a test run and so far rarely get snagging and when it does it’s easy to fix. Its fun to use. My only improvement would be to make the sidewalls bigger so you can shuffle larger decks without issue! The labels on top are stickers I was happy to see, so I left them off.

Hand crank to operate but cards shuffle smoothly and even. Shuffles well and easy to turn. It works pretty well, the cards can get hung up at times but I think that's because a lot of our cards are bent from manual shuffling so the rubber grabbers sometimes don't reach the cards (our fault, not the products fault). I got it for my dad for Christmas who has arthritis, but I might use it myself too, kinda fun 😏 for our epic Gin games.

The media could not be loaded. I am so happy that I won't have to buy batteries for this shuffler! The two extra handles are located underneath locked into the plastic so look for them there. Works like a charm.

If you play games that use a lot of cards though, this will frustrate you because the sides are not tall enough for larger decks (like 5 Crowns, or if you play Liverpool Rummy which uses 2 decks). What I love about this is the manual crank! We play a lot of card games so I wanted to make shuffling easier.
