Very good detailed break down from beginning to throughout entire book Product exceeds expectations. Fantastic book. however the lack of takedowns is why i put 4 stars

Ribeiro describes in easy to follow steps with pictures highlighted in green but also shows common misconceptions highlighted in red, basically the do's and the dont's for a sequence of moves. Has the most reviews for a reason.

Just got this recently because I started Jiu jitsu about 6 weeks ago. This book has 368 pages and covers what each belt should focus on. This book emphasizes that a white belts main goal is survival.

Starting at the start going through even though I'm blue belt Great details. Quick shipment Jiu-Jitsu University helped me rewire my brain to break bad habits and laid out a blue print on what to do in situations but more importantly.

Besides fold on front cover everything was ok. However, I think I found it harder to learn moves and positions than someone who had no grappling experience at all.
