If my audio interface wasn't so close and I would have to plug in the parts to the PC, I would have more problems with it. The Zero’s sub-bass shelf is mild in its amplitude, and sub-bass extension is average.

The level of presence is essentially perfect for heavy rock genres. I didn't realize this, so I still need this process, but I have noticed how the sound is improving. The 2-pin connectors are very snug and quite difficult to remove. What is known as a burning or breaking process to achieve the best sound available in IEMs.

I've been listening to Rock in English and Spanish, and some Pop 80's and 90's. I have read that some people have problems with one of the headphones, with a lower volume or it has stopped ringing, they probably used them after bathing or they got wax in their ears, they should try to uncover the grille (if there is wax obstructing it) or put a moisture bag where they store the Zeros. I did the test with a MacBook Pro 2015, and with higher amplification they sound better. The Zero does not include a carry pouch or case.

While buyers will need to weigh which characteristics they value more in choosing between the two, both are solid buys for $20. I've tried them with Amazon Music Unlimited, I don't know why but I think their recordings are better. I ordered some Truthear Hexa, then I'll compare them.

The Chu also has a hair more upper treble extension than the Zero. I like the detachable cable, it feels and works well, it was a point about the Chu.

All in all, I am very satisfied with this purchase, but I would be happy for future customers if the markings would be improved. “SAL♪NOTES” is printed in white along the length of the jack housing. There is mild driver flex.

I did not notice hiss with any of my devices. The faceplates have developed minor scratches over the course of my review. They sound great together. There is also a pinprick vent at the base of the nozzle.
