However after I washed it off the colour was still there so stay calm. Photos taken outside in natural light with no filters. I use this shampoo in between toning my roots. I've used literally 15 different purple shampoos and this is hands down the very best.

This is my new holy grail for keeping my hair toned. After I had washed it and dried it, there was a definite dulling of the yellow. Otherwise it will take on a purple hue. If it sinks it is porous.

I normally don't review anything but I really had to in this occasion. I wanted to dye my natural blonde hair a silvery colour and was advised by a hairdresser to buy this toner. I actually use it every time I wash my hair and I get no staining at all as I don't leave it on. If it floats it isn’t porous.

I just give my hair a good scrub with it and then wash it off. Returned to the hairdressers yesterday and they were amazed at the colour and condition of my 65 year old hair!

The consistency is rather thin and it will splash if not careful. They say toning dries out your hair, but my hair feels smooth and smells great. This product is amazing if you wear wigs this product is amazing at toning down the brassiness orange colour on your lace & smells so good (no chemical smell).
