I haven't had any antibiotics as I didn't have any episode of UTI or BV and Thrush since I started taking this along with local application of fresh yoghurt intravaginally. The capsules are quite a chunky size - 2cm x 7mm. I am a medical professional and I do lot of research before using any products . This means that you potentially have two courses in this 30 day box.

Please do try and leave a feedback. The dose is one capsule per day - to be taken with or without food. Been taking for the last three days and things are starting to return to normal.

Update: All my symptoms have now gone (within the 14 days) so I'm upgrading my review to 5 stars. Having taken probiotic supplement on and off for many years, I consider this to be sufficient to restore gut flora in times of need – such as after taking a course of antibiotics.

4. The media could not be loaded. I still have a slight itch, but most of the symptoms are gone. I have noticed that since i started taking these 13 days ago, my gut has felt a little more calm than usual.

It helps and eases my condition. These probiotics are very good value for money because they contain a high concentration of bacteria in one capsule. I mainly use probiotics to boost my immune system (and it’s also perfect at times when you are on antibiotics or straight after finishing course of them to replenish the desired micro flora since antibiotics tend to wipe even the good bacteria out. Recently taken diflucan which failed to work.
