I've already made seven meals from this cookbook, including sushi, rice and noodle dishes, over the last few weeks and I was so impressed by how well everything turned out. I was able to purchase some at an Asian grocer but the Japanese vegetables are not available where I live so I have adapted the vegetables to be similar to the recipes with very tasty outcomes. It is simple and beautiful to follow and use. I have been using it for meals for the past 2 weeks and have found all recipes very tasty.
