It is a little roomy for me, but I will give it to my sis. The skirt flare around the hips is darling! I am a US size 12-14 or Large and it fit perfectly.

This sweater is true to size. The peplum adds a touch of style. I say to go small because a fitted style will give you the flare on the waist to better show off the design because it is a square cut on the torso.
