I placed a pillow to cover the seat and lower back and it was then fine. The description of the chair on Amazon recommends placing a cushion on the seat and back when getting used to it and I found this to be sound advice. The massage chair is really nice and comfortable.

The actual dimensions of the chair are not as stated in the description on Amazon. The only niggle is that the calf massage doesn't quite massage the top of the calves as the leg massager isn't quite long enough but does soothe aching legs but I have nevertheless not given the chair 5 stars.

Firstly, most people would have already worked out that the measurements on the diagram are millimetres (mm) not centimetres (cm) as stated. The media could not be loaded. Although there were issues with the massage chair, the customer service and support team were great!
