Absolutely fantastic, it's going to be my favourite gadget in the kitchen, we love homemade soup but normally means me constantly stirring and checking it's not catching on the bottom of the pan whilst it's cooking. How easy can it be? The smell was to die for ,I emptied out the fridge of veg,an a fe stick cubes ,a splash of this an that ,an soup which can be freezed or eaten today .

Soup ,by Lyndamac , 2 veg stock cubes, boiled water ,half pack of leeks an cabbage , packet of carrots ,cauliflower ,an brocalli. Not problems washing the item either , noting stuck to the bottom.

Tip put water in bottom first to stop veg sticking or a few squirts if fry light. I have taken a pic with a recipe book I ordered at the same time. Not anymore - It arrived today and we had delicious and Smooth potato, leek and cheese soup in 21mins plus prep time. Chop veg or buy a soup pack add water stock and whatever condiments you like and wait 21 mins later perfectly hot soup.

Wish I had bought sooner,it's jus been unpacked, washed ,an first batch of soup done. Enough for 4 servings or 3 for a nice big bowlful!

Makes great soup in 21 minutes. I found it stopped some veg burning to the bottom. Only problem I have is you can't wash it in the bowl it has the electric sockets so be careful not to get wet. I usually squirt washing up liquid in fill with water let it stand a bit then tip some water out and get a dish cloth wiped around it.

The author had used the same soup maker when compiling the recipes. I have read that people have had trouble with soup burning at the bottom but as long as you give it a good stir before putting the lid on its fine. The book is brilliant, packed with no fuss, tasty soups using everyday ingredients from your fridge, freezer or cupboards.
