At first l didn't think much off it. just keep at it. my gosh it WORKS. give it time for your body.

you may not think ur doing much from it until you put something on you have wore something in a while. Arrived today and got on it straight away & started pulling didn’t think it was working until I read the instructions and realised I hadn’t set it up correctly.

Once adjusted I could feel the resistance and started getting a sweat on & didn’t quite manage my 10 minutes a day. .
