Speaking of protection - Mont Bleu always packs their products with care. I actually use them for hair removal.

I like that it is much rougher on one side than the other. I usually epilate there and the remaining stubby hairs are surprisingly easy to remove. This is a LARGE and thick file. I found that the technique for the heel differed to the digits; with the former less fussy, as back and forth motions worked well, but the latter demanding longer controlled strokes in the same direction, to best tame the area.

You will likely begin on the heel as it seems easy, but it’s actually going to take repeat sessions to remove the thickened built up dead skin. That I believe has led to mass confusion from buyers complaining that it does not work much beyond a few uses, as if the glass peaks were dislodged by the human skin they were designed and tested to defeat, simply embedded themselves into the sole with no lawsuits to follow ? I recently became a big fan of etched glass nail files and thought I'd order one of these to use on my feet and elbows. I have recommended Mont Bleu products to hundreds of nail friends over the years, and will continue to do so.

This foot file is thick. The file was wrapped in bubble wrap and packed in a thick cardboard box, which was then sent to me in another box from Amazon. • DOES IT WORK ?

The skin is super smooth afterwards! It is a very good quality item. As for the digits, you will likely have more success sooner, even where the middle digit claws down to receive the most punishment from even the most sensible of shoes.
